It is with regret but an abundance of caution that we are canceling our 10th Annual BCBS National Summit scheduled for May 18-21. As leaders in the health industry we have an obligation to do what’s right for all participants even when it’s difficult. We believe canceling this event for 2020 is supportive of our vision, and is appropriate for The Health of America.
All paid registrants will receive a full refund. Credit card refunds will be automatically issued and will appear within 72 hours on the card used to process original payment based on the credit card company’s processing time. Plan participants who paid by check will receive their refund checks within 45 days.
Accordingly, we will also cancel all hotel reservations made under the meeting's group block. If you made your hotel reservation outside of our block, you will need to cancel the reservation yourself.
